You can delete your resume or career career interest profile from
our online database or close your account at any time, in which
event we will remove all of our copies of your resume and career
career interest profile information except an archival copy which
is not accessible on the Internet. You may request all removal

WorkingWhere.com does not condition participation in any

- Disclosure of Information
WorkingWhere.com does not disclose to third parties personally

we give you the option of placing your resume and career interest
profile in our database. You can either (a) store your resume
in our database, but not allow it to be searchable by potential
employers (i.e., employers will not have access to search it through
our web site); or (b) allow your resume to be searchable (i.e.,
all parties with access to our searchable resume and career interest
profile database will have access to your resume and career interest
profile). For students under eighteen years of age, personally
identifiable information entered into the database will not be
searchable or visible online. We attempt to limit access to our
searchable resume and career interest profile database to only
registered users with this access, including employers, community
organizations, professional associations, educational institutions
and our WorkingWhere.com System Administrators, as well as law
enforcement and national security agencies, but cannot guarantee
that other parties will not gain access to this database. We are
not responsible for the use made of resumes and career interest
profiles by third parties who access such resumes and career interest
profiles while they are in our searchable database. You may remove
your resume and career interest profile from our searchable database
at any time. However, employers and others who have access to
that database or to obtain a copy of that database, as well as
parties who have otherwise gained access to the database, may
have retained a copy of your resume and career interest profile
in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the
retention, use or privacy of resumes and interest
inventories in these instances.
- Use of Cookies
We use a feature on your Internet browser called a “cookie.”
Cookies are small text files that your web browser places on your
computer’s hard drive. We may use cookies for recording your
personal information such as remembering user names, passwords,
preferences, tracking click streams, and for load balancing. Through

- Parental Access
At WorkingWhere.com, our goal is to help parents ensure
that their children have a safe and productive online experience.
Parents can review the information the site can collect from their
child by (1) asking your child to print out the information he
or she wishes to submit to the site, (2) get this information
from the child’s School Coordinator, and/or (3) sitting down
with your child and working through this information with him
or her. The School Coordinator or Administrator can print the
child’s information, but not modify it. At this time, parents
can have this information deleted, and/or request that there be
no further collection or use of their child’s information

and submit a request to delete the entire account and wipe out

WorkingWhere.com takes steps to verify the identity of
anyone requesting information about a child and to insure that
the person is in fact the child’s parent or legal guardian.
