    You agree that the information you provide will be accurate and complete and that you will update us if it changes. You can enter any changes in your username and password protected account information section. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement. Please note that we may refuse to grant you a user name that impersonates someone else, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights law, or is vulgar, offensive, or might cause confusion, as determined by us in our sole discretion.

  2. may not use the web site in order to transmit, distribute, store, or destroy material (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation, (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity, or other personal rights of others, (c) that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, terroristic, or otherwise objectionable. Applicable Laws:

This site is controlled and operated by WorkingWhere.com from WorkingWhere.com’s headquarters in Pennsylvania. As such, this Agreement will be governed and construed in the courts with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. User hereby submits, through use of the site to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Pennsylvania and any United States courts located within its jurisdiction for purposes of any and all litigation arising out of the use of this site, more particularly, the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. User waives any objections to the forum of Pennsylvania for lack of venue, forum non conveniens, or any other jurisdictional ground.

WorkingWhere.com does not represent or warrant that Materials or content on the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations and access to them from territories where the content is illegal or prohibited. If you choose to access this site from other locations, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws.

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed void, unlawful, or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions of this agreement will remain in force. This contains the entire agreement between you and WorkingWhere.com concerning your use of the web site, and the Agreement will not be modified, except in writing, assented to by both parties.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall WorkingWhere.com, its affiliates and sponsor organizations, employees, agents, content providers or licensors be responsible or liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, incidental, punitive or other damages including, without limitation, damages related to unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, the content or any errors or omissions in the content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any way to our web site and/or content contained on our web site, or any service used through our web site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our web site and/or content contained within our web site is to stop using it. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to WorkingWhere.com for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort [including, without limitation, negligence], or otherwise) shall be the total amount paid by you, if any, to access our web site and in no way shall WorkingWhere.com be liable for any amount in excess of $50.00
